two hundred

wow.

i can't believe this is my 200th post. who knew that when i started this blog in may of 2009, i would have had so much to say. thanks so much for reading all my trivial stuff!

i never knew the friendships that i would make when i began this blog journey. so many of you have touched my heart and my life in so many wonderful ways. i truly don't know how i would get through the journey of life without you!

when i talk about my *blog friends* my other friends and family don't really get it. they wonder how you can really know someone you've never met in person. but i know some of you so well, because you put what's deep within your heart out there on your blog. how special is it that we get to read each others most precious thoughts.

thank you to each and every one of you who stops by here. you are a true blessing to me.

to celebrate my 200th post, i'm doing my first giveaway! one of the fun things about living here is being near a bath and bodyworks outlet. a true outlet! so i went with my mom last week and got some goodies to share with you. and of course i had to knit something too. it's a little pouch you can put your cell phone in, or your iPod, or whatever you want!

bath and body works enchanted orchid shower gel, body cream, and gentle foaming hand soap.

(i had to include this picture of marty checking things out)
knit pouch

to enter the drawing all you have to do is leave a comment about how blogging has touched your life. i'll leave this open until Monday night and will do a random generator to decide who the lucky winner is.

hope you have a fantastic weekend!

**note comments must be left in english so i can understand them**

Ooo, that is TOO CUTE! I need you to make me a pouch to hang on to all the "little" stuff in my purse. You should put those on etsy. I will be your first customer. :)

Happy 200 posts!

What a sweet little pouch! You are so talented. :) Ooh -- how blogging has touched my life? I think my favorite thing about blogging has been how it keeps all my extended family in touch. My siblings are scattered from WA state to east TN, and with blogging we always know what everyone is doing. :)

Congrats on your 200th post! I have met so many wonderful people blogging. I started out just blogging about our lives, then it turned into a TTC journey!

Yeah for 200 posts! :) Blogging has been such a healthy outlet for me. We have only recently shared our IF with our parents, so blogging has helped me talk about things knowing that many awesome people are reading/listening. I think I get more out of reading other people's TTC journeys and commenting on their posts!

So cute!
I, too, feel like my bloggy friends are true friends, and nobody else gets that.
It's funny how you can "miss" people you've never met when you're away from the computer for a day or two!

Happy 200!

Oh, that is awesome! We have an "outlet" here, but it doesn't seem any different than the real one here.

Blogging has had a major impact in my life. I don't post nearly as much as I use to, but I still hold it near and dear to my heart. Not only did it give me an outlet to get out my frustrations, sadness and joys it also allowed me to "meet" woman from all over the worl whom I consider my friends!

Happy 200th!

What a cute little pouch...you are SO talented! :)

Blogging, for me, gave me an outlet to be honest with myself, connect with others in the same struggle, and to ease up on piling everything onto my husband. It has been a lifesaver.

Congrats on your 200th post!

Blogging has been a good way for me to see that there are others going through what we are going through, the support aspect has been a lifesaver for me!

Woo-hoo for your 200th post!

I LOVE the knit pouch!!!!! Love it!

Blogging has connected me with a whole group of women that truly understand what I've been through and go through. I've made new friends that I wouldn't trade for anything!

Happy 200th!
I get the same reactions when I talk about my "blog friends".
Blogging has made me feel surrounded with love, understanding & compassion.

Congratulations on 200 posts!!!!

Blogging has probably saved me and DH from major difficulties as I am not dumping all of my thoughts, fears, frustrations (and joys!!!) on him. I would probably have been a very miserable person without my blog!

Happy 200th post my friend!!! I am so glad you began this blog b/c I truly feel blessed having you in my life.

Blogging has touched my life in so many ways. It has given me an outlet when no one "irl" could actually understand my feelings and emotions. It has helped me realize that I am so much stronger than I thought b/c I go back and read previous entries and think "wow, I can't believe I made it through that in one piece!" It has, most importantly, allowed me to be touched and to touch others in such similar situations. I cherish the friendships I've made through blogging almost more than some of my irl friendships. They are amazing, just as "real", and know just what to say, even if it's nothing at all.

And by "they", I am including YOU:-)xoxo

Happy 200th post!

Blogging meant my sanity when I first found it. I don't know if I would have my baby without blogging because I wouldn't have found out about the protocol and everything else that we used to get her. My friends inside of the computer are so dear to me, even though I haven't met many of them. I wish the world wasn't such a big place sometimes because I have made friends the world over and would like to be able to meet them all.

Congrats on #200! I am a new reader to your blog and am fairly new to blogging myself. Blogging to me means that I am not alone in this struggle of IF. I have been so touched by the stories I've read and the people I've met.

I love the little pouch! And I love bath and body works.

Blogging has touched my life in so many ways. I spent two years ttc and was lost and alone until I stumbled upon some infertility blogs. Reading them helped me in so many ways. However, I only lurked until recently. I was shy to reach out to other bloggers, but now I'm glad I did. I've made some great new friends!

Happy 200th! What a fun giveaway!!!

Like so many others, blogging has helped me feel less alone in my IF journey. To be surrounded by a group of caring, compassionate women has been the best gift.

We love YOU SuzyQ!! Happy 200!

Blogging helped me get my feelings out there when no one "irl" understood the world of infertility. I have made some amazing friends and I don't know what I would do without them/you!!

Cute pouch, can't wait for my blanket!

Congrats on 200! I'd say blogging has touched my life by giving me an outlet to share my creativity, meet new people, and not go crazy being a SAHM!

YAY! Happy 200th post!

How has blogging NOT touched my life: Through infertility I have met some amazing ladies, which without I'd probably be in a psych ward. AND it gives me an outlet that I don't get from writing in my journal which no one else reads.

What a neat way to celebrate your fabulous 200!
I think I have shared with you the very deep connection I have to blogging--it has made me a better person, as cheesy as it sounds. I LOVE being part of such an amazing community.
So glad you are a part of it!! xoxo

What a nice giveaway! Blogging for me has kept me out of the psych ward too as someone stated before. I have made some deep connections and I feel like I have finally found people who understand what I am going through. It has also given me an outlet to be totally honest with myself, to write things out, to figure out my path without being subjected to other's opinions. It also lets me tell people how I am feeling without having to explain 20/30 times the same thing over and over again. Best wishes!
